Urban Conservation and Education Internship - Summer 2017

Interns will learn about the importance of conservation throughout the Chesapeake Bay region by working with staff from the National Aquarium, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Living Classrooms Foundation and the Maryland Port Administration. Over the course of the program interns will participate in habitat restoration projects, assist with monitoring wildlife populations, and engage diverse audiences in hands-on environmental education programs.

The internship is based out of the Masonville Cove campus, but work sites will not always be on campus. Transportation is provided from Masonville Cove to work sites in the greater Baltimore region.

This is an 8-week internship. Program start date is June 5th and runs through July 28th. Typical work days are Monday through Friday, but some Saturdays may be required.
