Drop In Field Trip: Watershed Wonders

Participants are introduced to the concept of Watershed and how our actions on land impact the health of our local waterways and the Chesapeake Bay.  Through hands-on explorations in the lab and outdoors, participants will investigate abiotic factors of water quality such as dissolved oxygen, pH, temperature, and salinity and how we can improve water quality by reducing stormwater runoff- the fastest growing source of pollution to the Chesapeake Bay.
